About The Position

Roofmart, Canada's National distributor for Exterior Building Supply for Roofing, Siding, Metal and Building Envelope, is seeking a FlatBed Truck Driver and Operator. With over 50 locations across Canada, Roofmart is looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals to join their team and help grow the business. The role involves safely loading, moving, and delivering product, performing pre-operational inspections, and maintaining a clean work environment. Requirements

Must have valid insurance acceptable Class 3 CDL and ability to provide current drivers abstract (West)
Must have valid insurable acceptable AZ license and clean driving abstract (East)
Ability to lift, push and carry 80-100lbs repeatedly
Strong customer service skills
Authorized to work in Canada

Nice To Haves

Load securement training (can be provided)
Fall Protection/Working at Heights Training
First Aid Certificate
Previous Forklift/Moffett training
Previous Truck Driver and Operator experience
Knowledge of the roofing industry

Responsibilities

Safely loading, moving and delivering product
Performing pre-operational inspections, maintenance checklists, cleaning and lubricating the crane
Maintaining clean and organized work environments in the store, yard, and trucks
Strictly adhering to and complying with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation
Other duties as required
