About The Position

Join AAA Mountain West Group (MWG) as a Roadside Hero! As a Tow Service Specialist, you will be the face of AAA, providing safety, solutions, and peace of mind to members experiencing vehicle trouble. This role involves operating tow trucks safely, performing basic vehicle diagnostics, and providing roadside assistance such as tire changes, fuel delivery, and lock-out services. You will build trust with members, solve problems, and remain a calming presence during stressful situations.

Requirements

A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping people.
Willingness and flexibility to work the hours between 2pm - 12:30am, including weekends.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Operating tow trucks safely and efficiently.
Performing simple vehicle diagnostics to figure out the issue.
Providing essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock-outs.
Building trust, problem-solving, and being a calming presence for our members on the scene.
