About The Position

Join the dedicated Flatbed fleet at HMD Trucking. With 23 years of experience in the business, we pride ourselves on our well-maintained fleet of 500+ Peterbilt 579 trucks and a friendly, people-centered work environment. About 90% of our fleet is Peterbilt 579s, plus Cascadias and Internationals – all 2023–2027 trucks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of valid CDL-A driving experience required
• Must be ready to make 11K+ miles monthly to qualify for certain pay rates
• Must achieve 95% service

Responsibilities

• Drive a flatbed truck
• Operate within the OTR (Over-the-Road) scope
• Achieve 11K+ miles monthly for potential bonus pay
• Maintain a 95% service achievement rate
• Participate in orientation
• Ensure vehicle stays in top condition
