Repair vehicles in a safe, efficient, ethical manner with customer satisfaction as first priority. This position does not lead others. Maintain ASE and/or manufacturer-required certifications; stay up to date with all manufacturer technical data as well as service bulletins. Ensure compliance with all safety and OSHA regulations that pertain to your job. Read and understand customer complaints; diagnose and advise findings; complete all authorized repairs in accordance with manufacturer and company policy; return warranty parts to parts dept and road test vehicles as needed to verify completion of repairs. Properly document all repairs using both internet-based tools and physical Repair Order documentation as instructed per department requirements. Meet all flat-rate hour production-based metrics as prescribed by Management. Act as a leader, mentor, and trainer to employees in the in Technician, Lube Technician, and Apprentice Technician roles.
