Requirements
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or similar role, with Nissan vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical.
- Ability to work with flat rate labor guide and meet productivity goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to work in Clarksville, MD.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose vehicle problems accurately and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on Nissan vehicles.
- Work efficiently to complete flat rate job assignments within allotted timeframes.
- Maintain clean and safe work area following company policies and safety standards.
- Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding repairs and vehicle condition.
- Keep accurate records of labor and parts used for each job.
