About The Position

24 Ford of Easton is looking for an experienced, motivated Flat Rate Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. We are looking for technicians who take pride in their work, value quality and efficiency, and want the opportunity to build a long-term career with a strong dealership group.

Requirements

2–5 years of automotive technician experience
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
Valid driver's license with a clean, acceptable driving record.
Willingness to complete pre-employment screening and background check.

Nice To Haves

Previous flat-rate experience at a franchised dealership is a major plus.
Ford certifications are a plus.
Transmission rebuilding experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership specifications.
Complete repairs safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting established time standards.
Identify and communicate additional repairs or concerns to management.
Properly document diagnosis, cause, correction, and repairs on every repair order.
Use manufacturer procedures, troubleshooting guides, special tools, and equipment appropriately.
Road-test vehicles when required.
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed individual productivity and efficiency goals.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
Report any safety, quality, or operational concerns to management.
Work effectively as part of a professional service team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
