Requirements

Previous professional auto body/collision repair experience required
Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and equipment
Ability to perform body, structural, panel replacement, and related repairs
Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

I-CAR or manufacturer certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Perform collision repairs according to manufacturer and industry standards
Repair and replace damaged body panels and structural components
Perform frame and structural repairs as needed
Disassemble and reassemble vehicles during the repair process
Properly fit and align body panels, doors, hoods, bumpers, and related components
Identify additional damage and communicate needed repairs
Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Follow repair orders and established shop procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Complete repairs accurately and on schedule
