About The Position

This position will be responsible for scanning incoming WIP into the process order for the department using the EIM handheld. Team members in this position will produce out the finished pallets from the department and finished combos from Packout in the EIM Handheld. The Manifestor will also make headers and 3-way sheets for combos and pallets. The team member in this position will record all incoming and outgoing product on the “WIP to line” and “production” manifest sheets and will keep track of product change overs and amount produced for each order. This position will require the use of the label printer to make labels for product cases and combos. The Manifestor will also ensure that the labels are stamped with the correct Julian date and keep track of product kill dates and BOLs for headers and product orders.

Requirements

  • Must be a full-time team member and have completed the 90-day probationary period. If there no qualified candidates, probationary team members will be considered.
  • Must have less than 8 attendance points and have no written disciplinary actions in the last 6 months.
  • Must not have a self-demotion or declined a job bid in the last six (6) months.
  • This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility.
  • Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
  • If you are selected for this position and choose to decline, you will be ineligible to apply for another position for six months.
  • If you accept the position, you will not be eligible for lateral moves or positions with lower pay for six months; only promotions will be considered.
