About The Position

Valor Fleet keeps the Mid-Atlantic moving. We bring together five of the region's most trusted towing and recovery brands, Henry's Wrecker Service, Windsor Towing, Road Runner Wrecker Service, Al's Towing & Storage, and Aaron's Towing, into one growing company with nearly 300 teammates, 14 locations, and a fleet of more than 150 trucks across Virginia, Maryland, and DC. For our drivers, that scale means something real: newer equipment, strong dispatch support, steady work, and a genuine path to grow. Start on roadside and light-duty calls and move up into heavy-duty, recovery, and lead roles as we expand. You keep the local team and the local name you trust, now backed by the resources of a regional leader on the rise. We are hiring across all five brands. Find the location nearest you and apply today. Road Runner has been running Northern Virginia roads since 1992, and we built our name on the calls other companies pass on. Load shifts, winch-outs, oversized equipment, commercial wrecks, the complex recoveries that take real skill. For over 30 years we have been the crew law enforcement and municipalities call when the scene is a mess and it needs to be cleared right. We are part of Valor Fleet now, a fast-growing five-brand group with 150-plus trucks across the Mid-Atlantic. For a driver who wants to grow into serious heavy-duty and recovery work, there is real road ahead here. We want operators who like a challenge and take pride in doing the hard jobs well.
