About The Position
Traffic Plan is hiring full-time Flaggers. No experience is needed as the company will train and certify successful candidates. The role involves helping to keep traffic moving safely through work zones. Ideal candidates are dependable, possess a valid driver's license, have their own reliable transportation, and demonstrate a solid work ethic. The position offers a $2,000 bonus after 6 months, weekly pay, year-round work, advancement opportunities, and performance bonuses. Starting pay is $16.75/hour, with company-paid medical and dental benefits after 90 days, paid holidays after 6 months, and referral rewards. All necessary safety gear is provided.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license (required)
- A reliable vehicle (required)
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Comfortable standing 8-12 hours in all weather
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Set up traffic signs and cones
- Direct vehicles safely through work zones
- Communicate with crews using radios and signals
- Monitor for hazards and protect team members
- Occasionally drive company vehicles
