As a Flagger / Laborer Trainee, you will work alongside experienced team members learning roadway safety, traffic control, concrete construction support, and general labor skills while helping improve communities throughout Pennsylvania. Requirements

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to reporting locations
Responsibilities
- Safely direct traffic through active work zones
- Set up and remove traffic control devices including cones, signs, and barricades
- Assist crews with concrete and construction-related labor activities
- Load, unload, and move materials and tools
- Perform general labor duties including shoveling, cleanup, and job site preparation
- Follow company safety procedures and training requirements
- Work with experienced crew members to build knowledge and skills
- Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality
