About The Position

Texas Sports Academy is launching a new flag football program this fall, aiming to be a national-caliber program from day one and the premier school for serious girls flag football players. The program is designed for students aspiring to play at Division I, Olympic, or professional levels. The Head Coach will lead this initiative, fostering a strong culture, building belief in young athletes, and serving as a role model. The role involves recruiting the founding roster, leading daily training sessions, developing a championship game schedule, and guiding athletes through life skills workshops focused on the NIL world, public speaking, financial literacy, and brand building. The coach will also contribute to media content creation. The ultimate goal is to achieve a Top 10 national ranking by Spring 2027.

Requirements

• Proven flag football coach or pro-level player.
• Experience leading and developing 6th-12th grade girls.
• Deeply connected in the women's/girls flag football world with a network for recruitment.
• Comfortable on camera and in front of a room.
• Driven to make athletes measurably better and instill confidence.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in building a program from the ground up.
• Familiarity with the Frisco ISD calendar.

Responsibilities

• Recruit the founding roster of 10-15 elite student-athletes from your network.
• Lead daily flag football training sessions for student-athletes (roughly 11:30 am - 3:30 pm on school days).
• Develop each player towards her maximum potential.
• Design and manage a competitive game schedule in collaboration with the Strategic Advisor.
• Lead TSA-provided workshops on Life Skills, including public speaking, financial literacy, brand building, and content creation.
• Create flag football course content, TSA webinars, and MasterClass-style video shoots.
• Set the program's culture and be a role model for athletes.

Benefits

• Base salary: $70,000/year, paid weekly.
• National Top 10 Bonus — $5,000 (paid one time if the program ranks Top 10 nationally).
• Student Recruitment Bonus — $500 per enrolled student, up to 20 students.
