About The Position

The purpose of this internship is to provide hands-on experience in designing and developing fixtures that support manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes. The intern will contribute to improving quality and efficiency in the Lewisburg Plant.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Design, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related program.
• Basic knowledge of CAD software and mechanical design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to understand fixture requirements.
• Design fixtures using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Create detailed drawings and documentation for manufacturing.
• Participate in prototype development and testing of fixtures.
• Ensure designs meet safety, ergonomic, and quality standards.
