About The Position
Toyota of Murfreesboro is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fixed Operations Manager to lead and oversee our service, parts, and parts sales departments. This role is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability in our fixed operations division.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing fixed operations within an automotive dealership.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the service and parts departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Monitor and control budgets, expenses, and labor hours in fixed operations.
- Collaborate with other dealership departments to promote a cohesive and customer-focused environment.
- Ensure compliance with Toyota corporate policies and industry regulations.
- Analyze fixed operations performance data and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
