About The Position

Victory Income Investors (VINC) is looking for a Fixed Income Trading Intern for the summer of 2027! VINC is a large and rapidly growing fixed income investment manager focused on active management across investment grade corporate bonds, high yield bonds, structured products and municipal securities. This internship is a unique opportunity to learn how an institutional fixed income trading desk operates and how traders work with portfolio managers and research analysts to implement investment decisions. The intern will gain exposure to the full trading process, including market structure, liquidity, pricing, trade execution, dealer relationships and the various electronic and voice-based platforms used to trade fixed income securities. No prior trading experience is required. We are looking for a student with a genuine passion for financial markets, intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to learn. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with experienced traders and interact with portfolio managers, research analysts and members of the broader investment team. The internship is envisioned to be eight weeks in length and to take place during summer 2027. There is some flexibility on the exact starting date. The intern would report to the Head of Fixed Income Trading.
