About The Position

We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in ISG Fixed Income Operations to enable the global Commodities business and ensure seamless front to back execution of trading and structured deals. In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate Sr. Professional position at the P3 job level within Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes. Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures of their team

Responsibilities

  • Execute complex processes and assist a Team Manager in coordinating processes, risks and/or projects in a Team Lead capacity
  • Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and leverage detailed knowledge to propose changes in process
  • Train others, allocate tasks and support with first line escalation where required
  • Share expert knowledge across the team, contribute to team output and development, building relationships across the Firm
  • Investigate and resolve complex queries through various means, including daily interaction with key stakeholders such trading desks, sales desks and clearing groups.
  • Maintain high focus on internal and external reconciliations to ensure the trading desk has the correct position to avoid any profit and loss discrepancies.
