In this role, you're primarily responsible for the accurate set up and reporting of Fixed Assets for PBNA. You will support Engineering, Field, Fleet, Contract Manufacturing, and Real Estate operations, to help provide guidance and troubleshoot accounting issues. You will oversee all active Fleet & IT related capital projects, as well as the project administrator that handles all fleet projects. This is a hybrid role located in our Plano, TX office.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or related field
CPA required
3+ years of working experience
This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Perform account reconciliations
Prepare period close schedules
Assist with KPMG audit requests and SOX reporting
Serves as Fleet & IT lead for fixed assets, including management over the fixed assets cycle during period close
Perform ad hoc research for Manager
Collaborate with the tax team, engineers, and Fleet/IT on various issues
Ensure period close entries are recorded and financials are accurately stated
Assist with the improvement of new accounting ERP system
Ensure compliance with PepsiCo policies and GAAP regarding asset capitalizations
