About The Position
At Regions, the Fixed Annuity Specialist processes fixed annuity documentation received from agents in the branches in an accurate and timely manner.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work overtime on an as needed basis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Reviews processed paperwork for accuracy and completion
- Maintains and prioritizes work flow in accordance with internal procedures
- Communicates with agents and branches as needed for additional documentation, resolution of system issues, and follow up
- Analyzes data to determine answers to questions from licensed agents and Financial Advisors related to existing annuity accounts and product information
- Refers unresolved agent/customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation/review
