About The Position

The Fitting Room Specialist is responsible for providing a personalized customer experience by managing the fitting rooms, assisting customers with merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This role is crucial in ensuring customers have a positive and memorable shopping experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or in pursuit of.
• 1-3 months of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Follow all safety procedures and perform job duties in a fashion that minimizes the risk of injury.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, check them in and out of fitting rooms, and monitor merchandise.
• Prepare merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor.
• Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and pleasant manner.
• Learn product knowledge to assist customers and partner with sales associates.
• Answer questions about merchandise location, price, and use, and direct customers to the correct associate when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitting room environment.
