Requirements

• Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma (or GED)
• 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class service by managing fitting rooms with precision and providing a welcoming, professional first impression for every caller.
• Keep the store running smoothly by mastering daily logistics, from crafting shop schedules and signage to providing essential administrative support for the leadership team.
• Stay ahead of the latest fashion trends and develop deep product expertise to assist sales associates in smashing their daily goals and promoting our rewards programs.
• Foster a high-energy, winning atmosphere by multitasking with a positive attitude, solving problems on the fly, and treating every teammate and customer with genuine respect.
