Requirements

Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
Comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.
High school diploma (or GED)
1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
Arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!)
Bring high energy
Genuine desire to help others

Responsibilities

Deliver world-class service by managing fitting rooms with precision and providing a welcoming, professional first impression for every caller.
Keep the store running smoothly by mastering daily logistics, from crafting shop schedules and signage to providing essential administrative support for the leadership team.
Stay ahead of the latest fashion trends and develop deep product expertise to assist sales associates in smashing their daily goals and promoting our rewards programs.
Foster a high-energy, winning atmosphere by multitasking with a positive attitude, solving problems on the fly, and treating every teammate and customer with genuine respect.
