Reporting to the Senior Coordinator, Fitness & Wellness, the primary responsibility of the Fitness & Wellness Instructor will be to ensure the delivery of quality group fitness classes by leading members through accessible group exercise classes. The Fitness & Wellness Instructor will promote members’ participation in all membership-based programs and activities offered at Abilities Centre, as well as develop relationships and collaborate with other departments to identify participant pathways that align with member goals.
