It also maintains client schedules and records in membership software and filing systems, completes quality-monitoring documentation, and prepares timely reports for events and services. The trainer assists with event planning, communication across multidisciplinary teams and departments, front desk operations, and other Wellness Supervisor needs. The trainer may act as Fitness Center Supervisor when needed. The position requires shift work, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, with possible holiday work. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted insurable driver’s license. Resumes and references are required. Navajo/Indian employment preference applies: qualified Navajo Nation members receive primary preference, and members of other federally recognized tribes receive secondary preference.
