Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class, evidence-based strength training sessions to clients
- Conduct thorough fitness assessments to understand client needs, goals, and health history
- Demonstrate and instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records to track achievements and milestones
