Fitness Supervisor

About the Role: As a Fitness Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Fitness Director in overseeing the operations of the Fitness Department. You'll have the opportunity to lead by example, assist in supervising staff, and deliver exceptional guest service that aligns with our Canyon Ranch Wellness standards.
Requirements
- 2-3 years in fitness or a related field.
- Certifications in Personal Training, Group Exercise, CPR/AED, and First Aid.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Support the Fitness Director in supervising fitness instructors and overseeing operations.
- Assist with staff counseling, performance reviews, and onboarding/training programs.
- Teach fitness classes and personal training sessions as needed.
- Ensure guest requests and concerns are addressed courteously and efficiently.
- Actively engage with guests on the spa floor, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
- Assist with payroll, budgets, and inventory for the Fitness Department.
- Coordinate with vendors, IT, and facilities to maintain smooth operations.
