About The Position

Slate is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain a premier national boutique fitness studio brand across 5 Manhattan locations.
This is a night shift, part-time role — work takes place after 9pm. You'll spend 1 hour at each of 5 locations, three times a week.
📅 Schedule: ~15 hours/week — your choice of Mon / Wed / Fri or Tue / Thu / Sat
💰 Earn significantly more with bonuses.
Your base pay is $19.80/hr — but your real earning potential is much higher:
Performance Bonus Earn $10 for every 4 or 5-star review received from the client. Top performers earn up to $150 extra per month.
New Hire Attendance Bonus ✅ Attend every scheduled clean in your first month → earn a 25% bonus on everything you made that month (~$300 extra)

Requirements

• Prior commercial or facility cleaning experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
• Reliable and punctual — night shift availability required (after 9pm)
• Available Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu/Sat
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Complete all cleaning tasks per the digital checklist in our app
• Clean and sanitize fitness equipment (reformers, rails, mats)
• Sweep, mop, and clean studio floors, mirrors, and surfaces
• Clean and restock restrooms
• Maintain reception area and lobby
• Document completed work with photos at the end of each shift
• Follow all safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals
