Rumble Boxing Gym in Madison, AL, is hiring a motivated Fitness Sales - Front Desk Associate to join our growing wellness team. We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused sales professional who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and driving membership sales in a positive studio environment. As a Fitness Sales Associate, you'll serve as the first point of contact for clients visiting Rumble Boxing Gym. You'll greet members, answer questions, schedule appointments, conduct studio tours, and help prospective clients learn more about our personalized stretching services. This role combines customer service, front desk responsibilities, and sales skills, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and helping drive business growth. You'll also help generate memberships by guiding clients through intro sessions and promoting the value of Rumble Boxing Gym's wellness services. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and sales abilities will play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience.
Requirements
