Requirements

3+ years of Personal Training experience.
Proven success in sales and client retention.
Nationally accredited Personal Training certification.
Current CPR/AED certification.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice To Haves

Leadership or team development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain an active and successful personal training business.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of fitness professionals.
Conduct Healthy Start appointments and guide new members through their fitness journey.
Drive Personal Training, Stretch & Flex, T3 Small Group Training, Nutrition, and other coaching services.
Recruit, onboard, and mentor future coaching talent.
Monitor department KPIs and identify opportunities for growth.
Partner with Membership and Operations to maximize new member conversion and long-term retention.
Deliver an exceptional member experience while fostering a positive team culture.
