About The Position

This is not a “stand behind the desk and wait” role. We’re looking for a high-energy Fitness Sales Recruiter who thrives on outbound outreach, appointment setting, and converting leads into committed members. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective athletes, responsible for driving trial bookings and guiding them into the right training program. Requirements

1+ year of sales experience (inside sales, membership sales, fitness or similar)
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and follow-up
Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
Organized and disciplined with lead management
High energy, competitive, and goal-oriented
Customer service experience (fitness industry a plus, not required)

Responsibilities

Warmly greet members upon entering and exiting the facility
Assist with check-in/out for classes, personal training, small group, or team training
Be an expert on the D1 Portfolio and services, answer any member questions, assist with making sure members have the correct apps downloaded
Provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot any membership issues, complaints, or assistance
Ensure the facility remains tidy and presentable through completing opening/closing checklists
Make outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups to new and existing leads
Set appointments for free trials, consultations/assessments, and workouts
Respond quickly to inbound inquiries (speed matters here more than you think)
Guide prospects through the sales process from first contact to membership
Recommend the right training program based on individual goals
Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRM
Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
