Here’s more of what the position entails: Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge. Greets members and guests promptly and with a smile to create a friendly and positive entrance in the OTF studio. Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros” Giving studio tours Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout Selling memberships to help the studio thrive Following up on prospective clients Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution Participating in marketing and outreach events Ensuring all areas of the studio, lobby and front desk are kept clean and organized by accurately following the daily studio cleaning checklists (pre/during/post ) shift activities Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls and customer care calls. ·Should be willing and able to participate in 1-2 OTF workouts per week · Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients · Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns. · Proper on-boarding of all OTF clients through the use of Client Intake Forms · Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled · Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills
You are friendly, positive, upbeat and bring a smile no matter what!
Previous sales experience and strong sales skills a plus
Solid verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to multi-task is a benefit to successfully perform duties.
Functional computer skills required
Health & fitness minded people strongly preferred
STRONG SALES, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment

Responsibilities
