Fitness Sales Associate
About The Position
This role is for a Fitness Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness. Requirements
- Naturally outgoing - you start conversations, not just respond to them
- Comfortable on the phone, in person, and over text or DM
- Motivated by goals and excited when you hit them
- Passionate about fitness - you don't need to be an expert, just a believer
- Reliable, organized, and honest with your follow-through
- A team player who makes everyone around them better
- Available Schedule Afternoon / Evening Shift Monday - Friday Shifts between 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Be the first face members and guests see - make it count
- Give studio tours and confidently guide prospects toward membership
- Follow up on leads through calls, texts, and CRM tracking
- Drive membership sales and help hit studio-wide goals
- Support new members through their first workout alongside Coaches
- Maintain a clean, energized, and well-organized studio floor
- Participate in grassroots events and partner activations
