About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic, personable, and results-driven Sales Associate to join our boutique fitness studio team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping people improve their health and confidence, enjoys building meaningful relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for prospective and current members, generating new membership sales, scheduling consultations and introductory sessions, and supporting overall studio growth. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, organized, energetic, and motivated by helping clients reach their fitness goals.

Requirements

Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, wellness, or fitness experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people
Motivated by achieving goals and delivering excellent client service
Ability to listen carefully and make thoughtful recommendations
Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills
Comfortable using scheduling software, point-of-sale systems, email, text messaging, and basic computer programs
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including some mornings, evenings, and weekends

Responsibilities

Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and superior customer service
Greet every guest and member warmly while creating a welcoming studio environment
Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, website inquiries, social media messages, and leads
Conduct studio tours and explain membership options, services, programs, and pricing
Follow up consistently with prospective clients through phone, text, email, and other communication channels
Schedule consultations, introductory sessions, assessments, and trial experiences
Convert qualified leads into memberships through consultative, needs-based sales
Build strong relationships with members and prospective clients
Learn each client’s goals and recommend appropriate services or membership options
Maintain accurate lead, sales, and client information in the studio’s software or customer relationship management system
Support member retention by helping clients feel engaged, valued, and connected to the studio
Assist with membership upgrades, renewals, freezes, cancellations, and account questions
Promote studio events, challenges, referral programs, retail products, and special offers
Help maintain a clean, organized, and energetic studio environment
Support front-desk operations, opening and closing procedures, and daily studio tasks
Work collaboratively with instructors, managers, and ownership to achieve studio goals
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand
Build community business relationships and partnerships
