About The Position

Stretch Zone is looking for an energetic, relationship-focused Fitness Membership Sales Associate to grow our membership base and deliver an exceptional member experience. This role is ideal for someone with experience selling memberships, fitness services, wellness programs, or other consultative sales. If you enjoy building relationships, closing sales, and helping people feel their best, we'd love to meet you.

Requirements

1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in: Fitness memberships, Health & wellness, Personal training, Medical aesthetics, Hospitality, Retail sales, Membership or subscription sales
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable asking for the sale and overcoming objections.
Positive, energetic and self-motivated.
Available to work some evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

Experience selling recurring memberships.
Experience using a CRM or booking software.
Passion for fitness, health and wellness.

Responsibilities

Generate new membership sales through consultations, studio tours and follow-up.
Convert trial stretches and introductory sessions into long-term memberships.
Build relationships with prospective and existing members.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly membership sales goals.
Conduct outbound follow-up calls, texts and emails to leads.
Maximize member retention through excellent customer service and ongoing engagement.
Schedule appointments and manage client communications.
Promote additional services and membership upgrades when appropriate.
Represent the Stretch Zone brand professionally within the local community.
