The Fitness Manager will play a role in overseeing and supporting the team of Personal Trainers, Front Desk Staff, ensuring efficient communication across teams regarding facility operations and services, intake management of all customer service inquiries, scheduling and coverage needs, and team updates regarding responsibilities and expectations. The Fitness Manager is responsible for maintaining daily facility operations in our corporate client’s facility, overseeing fitness equipment repairs, communication between vendors and clients, and month to month reports regarding utilization and fitness services. This role includes customer service, facility/team management, organizational skills, and the ability to assist in administrative tasks as needed. The Fitness Manager works closely with the Fitness Director on all responsibilities outlined below:
