About The Position

The Area Coach is responsible for helping Club Managers provide a world-class experience to all customers in the facility through facility tours, sign-up processes, and occasional coaching. This role requires a strong focus on customer service to build relationships with customers and maintain their financial profiles. The position demands strong leadership, social skills, and a commitment to professional growth within the fitness industry and the Anytime Fitness brand.

Requirements

Must be able to work required hours: Monday/Wednesday – 10a-7p, Tuesday/Thursday – 10a-7p, Friday – 7a-12p.
Must be able to travel between our 5 Billings Locations including Laurel.
Strong communication skills.
Must be coachable.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Passionate about health and fitness.
Must be personable.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial profiles for members and promote the club’s financial growth.
Responsible for membership sales, finding and contacting prospects, and financial growth of membership sales.
Maintain the integrity of the facility and advise regarding equipment needs and purchases.
Provide excellent customer service, including regular engagement with members to help them create and achieve goals.
Coach and lead the team in your Region.
