About The Position

Elevate the guest experience as a Fitness Instructor at Bellagio, where wellness, luxury, and exceptional service come together. In this role, you'll lead engaging fitness classes and personalized wellness experiences that inspire guests to achieve their health and fitness goals. By creating a welcoming, motivating, and inclusive environment, you'll help guests feel energized, empowered, and refreshed throughout their stay.

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience as a fitness instructor
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

• Yoga Certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
• Provide services including but not limited to, follow directions thoroughly, multitask in various situations, understand guest service needs, work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team, work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
• Maintain a working knowledge of all fitness equipment in the fitness area, retail and be informed of the latest trends and techniques
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
