About The Position

We are looking for energetic and knowledgeable Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed backed, and technology-tracked workouts. We are looking for coaches who can make our members feel seen, and that they’re an integral part of the hour you spend together. Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after they’ve left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout. Orangetheory is a full-body heart rate zone and strength training workout that delivers a more personalized experience in a group setting. Designed to be effective and efficient, our workout classes boost metabolism, burn fat and calories, build strength and confidence, and improve overall fitness. Thrive Venture Group was founded in January of 2023. Headquartered in Cleveland, OH; TVG proudly operates 31 Orangetheory Fitness studios, across three states: Arkansas, Ohio, and West Virginia. Thrive is comprised of deeply passionate people, led by franchisees who have been with the brand since 2014, on a mission to educate and empower people to be their best selves. This group is uniquely special in part by its active partnership with the Franchisor, Orangetheory Fitness Corporate aka “The Grove”. Thrive is frequently sought out to pilot new brand initiatives and provide field level feedback, giving us the opportunity create an even greater impact for the entire network. Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours. Requirements

AED/CPR certified
Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness

Responsibilities

Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
Helping members set and achieve S.M.A.R.T goals
Offering form corrections and exercise options, safety if our priority!
Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training and educating our members on its benefits
Knowledge of every piece of equipment and able to demonstrate usage in every workout.
