About The Position

Now we’re bringing the heat to East Brunswick – Get ready for our signature Hybrid Pilates Method on custom-built reformers. 45 minutes, full body, zero time wasted—it’s one of the best workouts our clients say they’ve ever had. Our trainers bring the energy – Mic’d up, music pumping, and high vibes in sleek, modern studios. Quick transitions, nonstop movement – We keep it moving to maximize intensity without the impact. You’ll feel it for days – Clients leave feeling strong, sweaty and recharged.
Requirements
- Confidence, enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for fitness and music!
- Excellent ability to multitask.
- Capability and interest in learning/growing with our expanding brand.
- Ability to motivate and challenge group classes, good display of leadership and public speaking skills.
- Great cueing, ability to communicate.
- Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 1-year experience in at least one of the following: Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness.
