About The Position

The Pure Barre Fitness Instructor leads up to 26 participants through the Pure Barre workout, a total-body fitness experience using a ballet barre and small, isometric movements. Instructors prepare and study choreography, learn quarterly choreography updates, and maintain an energetic, welcoming class environment. The role requires availability to teach at least five classes per week, including classes scheduled early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Instructors also help keep the studio tidy and demonstrate exercises during 50-minute classes.

Instructors must complete a four-day training at a corporate training center, along with significant at-home study and preparation, before becoming eligible to teach. A minimum one-year commitment to teaching is required before attending the training. The position offers a base rate of $24.00–$35.00 per hour, opportunities for growth into sales and management roles, training opportunities, free unlimited Pure Barre membership while employed, and employee retail discounts. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Responsibilities

• Lead up to 26 participants through the Pure Barre experience.

• Learn full choreography changes on a quarterly basis.
• Assist with keeping the studio tidy.
• Lift hand weights, demonstrate full-body pushups, and maintain high energy throughout 50-minute classes.
