Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer proficiency

• Willingness to participate in or observe fitness classes to fully understand their essence

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and members with friendly, professional service
• Keep the athletic club clean, organized, and ready for guests
• Manage class registrations, pool reservations, and memberships through our computer system
• Answer questions, provide information, and help guests make the most of their experience
• Process membership, retail, and guest-pass sales
• Communicate resort policies clearly and courteously
