Requirements
- Nationally accredited certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
- Minimum 1 year of leadership or management experience
- Strong personality with the ability to lead, motivate, and connect
- Passion for fitness, coaching, and helping others win
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of coaches to deliver high-quality Success Sessions and personal training
- Drive PT revenue, retention, and member experience
- Execute and oversee group training, onboarding, and coaching standards
- Create a culture of accountability, energy, and results
- Work closely with the GM to hit club production goals
- Help members find the best path for their fitness journey through coaching and connection
- Be hands-on daily — this is a lead-from-the-front role
