The Fitness Director has overall responsibility for effectively managing and implementing all club fitness-related protocols. Requirements

Ability to train and educate new and existing staff in all areas of Fitness Department procedures
Possess a thorough understanding of Fitness Department as defined by company standards
Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, management systems
Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility
Possess thorough understanding of, implement and enforce company policies
If training, a current certification that is nationally recognized in the “Personal Trainer” or “Fitness Trainer” or “Nutrition” category
CPR Certification
