About The Position

EōS Fitness is seeking a fun, energetic, and passionate Fitness Counselor to join their team for a new gym opening. This role involves actively pursuing new members through various programs and promotions, supporting potential members in achieving their fitness goals, and utilizing a lively sales approach. The position is fast-paced and energy-driven, focusing on creating loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Requirements

• Must successfully pass Background Check.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capability to bend and stop for extended periods to access equipment and perform maintenance tasks.
• Communicate well with members and fellow team members with a customer service mentality.
• Team player and be willing to jump into any task and get it done.
• Possess strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.
• Able to work independently, multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
• Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work.
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology, ability to quickly shift focus, and phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Membership Sales (Club and Individual - including services, products, programs)
• Manage membership billing processes and fitness sales pipeline.
• Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)
• Act as an information hub, offering comprehensive knowledge of products, programs, and events.
