About The Position

EōS Fitness is seeking a fun, energetic, and motivated Fitness Counselor to join their team for a new gym opening. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about working with people in the fitness industry. Fitness Counselors will actively pursue enrollment of new members through various programs, promotions, and referrals. In this fast-paced, energy-driven position, you will support potential members in achieving their fitness goals through a lively sales approach and a magnetic personality.

Requirements

Must successfully pass Background Check.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, tools, and equipment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Capability to bend and stop for extended periods to access equipment and perform maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

Membership Sales (Club and Individual - including services, products, programs)
Manage membership billing processes and fitness sales pipeline.
Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)
Act as an information hub, offering comprehensive knowledge of products, programs, and events.
