Fitness Coordinator

Cohere•San Marcos, TX
•$22 - $25•Onsite

About The Position

Cohere is hiring a Fitness Coordinator for Kissing Tree, a 55+ community in San Marcos, Texas, with resort-style amenities and more than 60 group fitness classes each week. The coordinator helps operate fitness and aquatic facilities, coordinates instructors and wellness programming, and creates a welcoming experience for residents. The role includes daily facility operations, class scheduling, leading programs, and supporting special events. This position is suited to someone who enjoys fitness and wellness, thrives in an active community environment, and enjoys working with people. The schedule is not a traditional Monday–Friday, 9-to-5 schedule. Because programming occurs when residents are available, significant and ongoing flexibility is required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, some holidays, and community events. Schedules vary according to programming and operational needs.
