Consistent with the mission of the YMCA, the Fitness Coordinator will be responsible for developing, coordinating and supervising healthy living programming including fitness center experience, fitness orientations and staff development. The Fitness Coordinator will lead a team of part time and lead staff to ensure the “best in class” execution of assigned areas. This is a 25-28 hours per week position with a varied schedule.
