Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science or related field (required)
Basic knowledge of cardiovascular and resistance training principles
Familiarity with free weight equipment
Foundational understanding of nutrition principles
Basic computer skills
Must be pursuing a long-term career in fitness

Responsibilities

Delivering customized personal training programs
Working alongside experienced fitness and medical professionals in a integrated fitness model
Coaching cardiovascular, resistance, mobility, stability, and nutrition
Supporting client education in lifestyle choices
Adapting programs to individual limitations and goals
Developing professionally through ongoing education and mentorship
