As the Fitness Club Director, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with new and existing members within the facility. Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in either the service or retail sector, demonstrating a track record of success
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a customer-centric approach to conducting business
- Passion for the health and wellness industry

- Previous sales skills are advantageous, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset for building a successful business
Responsibilities
- Acquire new members through direct 1-1 consultative based sales, outbound marketing, and community outreach
- Oversee the entire club membership base, including operational and financial responsibilities, back-end reporting, and member satisfaction
- Manage, train, and motivate club personnel while guiding them towards achieving overall club goals
- Perform general office administrative duties
- Ensure smooth facility management to provide an exceptional member experience
