About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting employees with the usage of the Fitness Center while providing superior customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of general office experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the various types of exercise equipment
  • Personal Trainer Certification
  • CPR Certified

Responsibilities

  • Checks employees and Tribal Members into the Fitness Center
  • Processes Fitness Center enrollments/cancellations
  • Assists members with exercise equipment and enforces company policies pertaining to the proper usage of the Fitness Center
  • Washes, folds and hands out towels
  • Maintains and ensures the cleanliness of the exercise areas and locker rooms
  • Assists the Fitness Center Shift Manager with wellness and intramural sports programs
  • Sells beverages, movie tickets and miscellaneous event tickets to employees
