About The Position

Maintains the cleanliness and safety of all areas of the Wellness Center. Trains and motivates cliental to achieve their wellness goals and is a positive presence for all employees and cliental.

Requirements

• The individual must be able to work the hours specified.
• Visual acuity adequate to perform position duties.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech and other sounds.
• Minimum Age Requirements 16

Responsibilities

• Promotes fitness programs to patrons and provides customer service.
• Performs preventative maintenance to provide a safe environment for active patrons.
• Assures cleanliness of the Fitness Center and equipment.
• Maintains proper chemistry of the swimming pool to ensure proper chemical balance.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures appropriately.
